PT3 AER
Product Name: PT3 Automatic Endoscope Reprocessors
Three independent trays produce a sterile endoscope every seven minutes! Low running cost and high reliability make this the answer for busy endoscopy units.
This pass-through AER is the only model in the world to have a triplex design. No components are shared for any of the three trays, ensuring your lists are not disrupted. Uses the latest RFID traceability package for the seamless processing.
When we started the design process for the PT3 pass through automatic endoscope reprocessor 5 years ago, nurses gave us their top needs for an AER, they were:
- Ease of use
- Reliability
- Speedy cycle times
- Easy on the budget
We achieved these by:
Ease of use - RFID, bar code or user pin number input which then "talks" the user through.
Reliability - Triplex design, every one of the 3 bays is stand alone, no common component will ensure lists arent cancelled or disrupted.
Speedy cycle times - One PT3 will process over 11,000 scopes a year.
Easy on the budget - We recently costed out a saving for one Trust of over £40,000 per year in disinfectant cost alone
