I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to say how much I appreciate that Panay come to my rescue on Tuesday 26th April, it was very late in the day and if he had not come to us there would have been 19 patients and 2 consultants very upset , but thanks to Panay and myself staying very late all the patients were scoped on Wednesday. If you could please pass on to Panay how his help when the ED-FLOW machine breaks is very much appreciated and that as a department we are very grateful.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Panay for his professional service when he came to repair our washer please pass on our thanks.

I am aware that Pete Maund again came into the ECH Department at 7am on Saturday to sort the problems the team were having with the decontamination machines and did not leave until 1pm.

 

He clearly would have gone in again on Sunday but had a family commitment, I know he doesn’t get paid for working weekends but the fact that he goes over and above for our department is commendable and is very much appreciated by us all.

I wanted to express my appreciation to Natasha Goodier for her prompt response in getting us an engineer to solve the problem we are encountering this morning with our machines.  Thanks to her and Lindsay (engineer) we are sorted now.  Many thanks to Natasha and Lindsay. And thank you to you and the team for all your support to keep us up and running this difficult year, to us you are top key workers!  Much appreciated”

Dear Natasha, I just want to thank you and especially Panay in helping us to get the machines back and running again.  Totally saved the day.

Dear Natasha, just sharing some really good feedback to you.  Today we had our annual IHEEM audit with the new AED and he was very pleased with everything.  Please share with Lindsay all his hard work and commitment is paying off.

I am emailing to provide some customer feedback for both your company and some of the personnel who are employed by your company and who I have had contact within the process of my everyday work. We have had a very successful and productive association with PFE for several years in relation to the purchase, installation, staff and technical support of various pieces of equipment utilised for the provision of an endoscopy service.

We have always found all PFE staff who we have come into contact with to be approachable, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. In particular, Sohail Shami, Peter Maund and Gary Wickett have always provided us with a first-class customer service where nothing is too much trouble to ensure that we are able to continue to provide a service to our patients. They have all always gone over and above what could be expected to attempt to ensure that there is no delay in service provision from being available at the end of the telephone for advice, making every effort to attend as soon as possible when we have experienced technical issues/ other issues, always being available for support and the provision of staff training - They are an asset to the company.

Billy praised the support of the company in keeping their Getinge machines operational in the recent past week, in particular the input from Greg who he said that, without, he would not have been able to maintain their service.

I just want to thank your team for the marvellous work and service response. They always deliver expectations and beyond, and during these difficult times of the Covid pandemic.  I want to thank everyone at partners for Endoscopy and Panay for today, as we could not have continued tomorrow’s list without the machines running properly.

I simply cannot fault the service we are receiving from you at present - thank you very much.

You are setting the bar very high.  In fact, perfection is very difficult to beat.  The attention to your business and communicating it to us, is a significant goal for our company and to move toward operational excellence.  Thank you again for your commitment and being a great team player.

Thank you so much Lindsay for coming early this morning - you are a very kind person and quick respond to you site as always, I never disappointed whenever I call you, you always pick up the phone/ call back sooner and solve as much as possible on the phone, it does help me always and keep my workload balance too.  You must be the best for PFE.

I would like to say that having dealt with Natasha for several years now, how helpful she is.  She is always pleasant and cheerful and the utmost professional.  She has always done her best to resolve any problems, and nothing is too much trouble.

I would like to pass on my sincerest of thanks to you and your team as well.  Over the past 18 months that I have been managing the department, PFE and the team have been extremely helpful and supportive, and I know the Trust and the many patients that have been able to be treated in good time owing to your service are grateful.  I would like to give Greg a special mention as he has been a credit to your company.  Always willing to help and has gone out of his way on many occasions to assist both the service and myself.  Fantastic work.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to PFE and Manny who attended our call out charge super-fast this morning to fix our ED-FLOW. After Arriving and receiving a work permit Manny quickly found our problem and had it fixed as well as staying behind for a couple of cycles to make sure our ED-FLOW was running properly. Great service and did not get in the way of any procedures so overall I’m very happy with this experience, please send my thanks and regards to Manny and PFE. Thanks again!
