File Share – Quick User Guide
The File Share page contains photos related to our main devices, marketing materials, and other important information such as validation documents.
The File Share system is designed so that colleagues (especially the sales team) can access the most frequently used files anytime, from anywhere, without needing to ask the office team for them. Having the files on the website ensures that everyone always knows where to find them.
• How to share a file with a customer?
Click on the three dots next to the file, then select the download option. The file will automatically be downloaded to your device, from where you can attach it to an email and send it to the customer.
• Can I share the file by clicking on the three dots next to it and then selecting the share option?
No, do not use the three dots and share button to share files. You can only share files by first downloading them to your own device and then attaching them to an email.
• Can I share the path to the files or the page / file link with customers?
No, you should never share the path to the site or any links. The page is only there for you to download the file you need, and after that you can use the downloaded file as you wish.
• What to do if a folder does not open?
In some cases, a selected folder may not open when clicked. If this happens, simply refresh the page.
