Bespoke packages

Our service department offer a wide range of experience in the installation, service and validation of a range of AERs, Scope Storage and Drying Cabinets.

It is for this reason that we can offer you bespoke tailormade service packages dependent on your individual requirements.

So, regardless of your budget, size of endoscopy unit, number of AERs or even who manufactured them, our experienced Service Department can work with you to design a tailor made package to suit you.
Validations
Apart from breakdowns, PFE Medical covers validations to HTM01-06, WHTM, SHTM and NIHTM ensuring our clients meets healthcare requirements and putting patients and staff safety first.
Service Contracts For All Products
Did you know that you don’t need to have your Service Contract with the supplier of your AERs.

The PFE Group Service Department and their team of qualified engineers can offer service contracts to match your needs, regardless of who originally supplied your AERs.
What To Do In An Emergency
With an Emergency Response contract, you are able to feel secure knowing you can contact PFE Group to effectively and efficiently handle your emergency requirements. We have a team of engineers based around the UK and are constantly monitoring our response times in order to ensure we continue to improve our service to you.

We have current response times of under 5 hours.

To support our Emergency Response service we have dedicated Out of Hours Technical Helpline provided by our qualified engineers.
Engineer Certification
All PFE Medical engineers are HTM01-06 certified.
